Union members who live in Washington County and their family members are eligible for a $500 scholarship offered by the Washington County Labor Assembly, part of the Saint Paul Regional Labor Federation, AFL-CIO.
The scholarship has four eligibility requirements:
- Be a union member, dependent or spouse of a union member whose local union is affiliated with the Saint Paul Regional Labor Federation, AFL-CIO.
- Be a resident of Washington County, or a minor or adult of a parent or legal guardian that is a resident of Washington County.
- Have a passing grade at completion of the academic term.
- Attend an accredited institution.

The entry deadline for 2023 applicants is May 1, and winners will be selected by lottery by representatives of the labor assembly. Please submit ONE application only. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
Application deadline is May 1, 2023. Completed applications and transcripts (or other record demonstrating completion of the academic term) may be emailed to kpeterson [at] stpaulunions [dot] org, or mailed to Saint Paul Regional Labor Federation, 353 West Seventh Street, Suite 201, Saint Paul, MN 55102.
Scholarship funds will be granted after the academic term.
