Assembly meetings are open to retired and active members of unions affiliated with the Saint Paul Regional Labor Federation who live or work in Chisago County.

Healthy union members are encouraged to donate blood during an American Red Cross blood drive at the St. Paul Labor Center.

The December COPE, Executive Board and delegate meetings will move to the IBEW Local 110 hall to accommodate the Saint Paul Regional Labor Federation's holiday party, which follows the meetings.
