Due to the threat of extreme weather, the Dakota County Labor Assembly’s Workers Memorial Day program, scheduled to begin at 6 p.m. April 28 in the Lebanon Cemetery of Apple Valley, has been canceled.

The Dakota County Labor Assembly is affiliated with the St. Paul Regional Labor Federation, AFL-CIO.
