Meetings of the Washington County Labor Assembly take place the fourth Wednesday of every month at 6 p.m. Meetings typically take place at the Washington County Government Center in Stillwater.

Meetings are open to all rank and file members of unions affiliated with the Saint Paul Regional Labor Federation who live or work in Washington County. Labor assemblies do the work of the Regional Labor Federation on the local, grassroots level.
